Mhs3 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document outlines the rules, rights, and responsibilities governing the use of the mhs3 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the mhs3 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must refrain from using our platform.

These terms apply to all mhs3 platform users regardless of geographic location, device used, or method of access. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The mhs3 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the mhs3 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity carried out under your account is deemed your own, unless you have reported a security compromise to us within a reasonable timeframe. mhs3 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete details may result in your account being suspended or terminated immediately. mhs3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes.

Users are prohibited from using the mhs3 platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or the use of false identities. Violations of this provision will be reported to the relevant authorities.

3. Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions (MYR)

All financial transactions on the mhs3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, local bank transfers, and selected e-wallets such as GrabPay. The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction, and maximum limits may vary depending on the chosen payment method.

Deposits are typically credited to the user's account shortly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment service provider. mhs3 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems or technical failures beyond our control. If you experience any deposit-related issues, please contact customer support with proof of transaction.

Withdrawal of funds will be processed within the stipulated timeframe and is subject to completed account verification procedures. mhs3 reserves the right to hold or delay suspicious withdrawals pending investigation to protect the security of user accounts.

Any taxes, service fees, or charges imposed by financial institutions or payment providers are solely the user's responsibility. mhs3 does not bear any incidental costs arising from the user's chosen payment method.

4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

Mhs3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or an account closure request by the user themselves.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, mhs3 will notify the user via their registered email within a reasonable timeframe. Users may submit an appeal or clarification to our customer support team. The final decision on account status rests solely with mhs3.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, mhs3 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance or winnings in the account, depending on the nature of the breach. Users whose accounts are closed for violations are not permitted to re-register under a different identity.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting mhs3 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within seven business days, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The mhs3 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, mhs3 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.

All content, designs, trademarks, logos, software, and visual elements on the mhs3 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of mhs3 or its licensed rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of this intellectual property without prior written consent from mhs3.

The mhs3 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational or convenience purposes. mhs3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access external links at their own risk.

In the event of technical disruptions, system failures, or circumstances beyond our control that affect access or user experience on the mhs3 platform, we will make every effort to restore service as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Mhs3 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version governing platform use.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the mhs3 platform shall be resolved through courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid, unenforceable, or inapplicable under relevant law, that provision alone shall be deemed void, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
